Byron Property Search has been operating since 2000. The principle, Michael M Murray, has lived in and around Byron Bay for over 25 years. During this time he has bought, sold and renovated numerous properties. He is an experienced property investor and brings these skills and knowledge to the service of the client.
Michael is a licensed Real Estate Buyers Agent (#1420344) as well as qualified (Cert IV) Mortgage broker. He has extensive knowledge of the whole of the Northern Rivers region with a special focus on Byron Bay and the hinterland. He is well known in the area with involvement with a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Before working in property, Michael had a successful career in the arts as a Film and TV producer and a freelance writer. He lives on his property between Byron Bay and Mullumbimby with his partner Susanna and young daughter, Lucy.
Jay Perron
Jay is the Chief Financial Office for the company. He is also a qualified Real estate agent but works primarily in finance. He is a member of MFAA and is a master loans processor. www.123loans.com.au
