This property in Myocum has a good north aspect with rural views on a neat 10 acres, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with a seperate studio. What?! It’s under $1M?!! There must be something wrong with it …. and there is. It is just near the quarry and also the Myocum tip. But my job is mainly about managing compromises and I believe these compromises can be managed to a certain extent. Listed at $995,000 a property like this with no road noise and no tip would be pushing $1.5M. It also needs some work as it has been let go a bit.
