Mark Errichiello joined Byron Property Search after relocating from Melbourne to the Byron Shire, bringing over 25 years’ experience across residential and commercial property, buyer and vendor advocacy, and strategic advisory services. A second-generation real estate professional, Mark has been immersed in the industry from an early age and formally commenced his career in 2000.

In 2014, he stepped away from traditional sales to focus exclusively on independent client-side representation, co-founding Master Advocates Real Estate Services with his wife, Michelle—now one of Melbourne’s most respected advocacy practices.

Mark is known for his calm, ethical, and analytical approach, specialising in buyer and vendor advocacy, off-market acquisitions, auction strategy, complex negotiations, and investment advisory. He has also held senior governance roles within state and national real estate bodies, contributing to professional standards and industry reform.

Michelle Errichiello

Michelle Errichiello began her real estate career in 2002 in administration and trust account management. From there Michelle specialised in property management and buyer advocacy. Since co-founding Master Advocates in 2014, she has served as Director and Officer in Effective Control, overseeing licensing compliance, risk management, operational systems, and governance across advocacy and advisory services. 

Michelle plays a central role in client onboarding, due diligence, campaign coordination, and settlement management; valued for her calm, methodical approach and exceptional attention to detail.

A former Paralympian who represented Australia at the 2012 London Paralympic Games, Michelle brings resilience, discipline, and a client-first ethos to her work. Now based in the Byron Shire, she proudly supports Byron Property Search clients across Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers.
