The 60.7ha property at 13 Edward Pl, Knockrow comprised a unique three-bedroom, four-bathroom house built from reclaimed timber, along with 3,000 macadamia trees. Marketing agent Ku Darroch, of Byron Bay Property sales, said the Melbourne-based buyers would retain their primary residence interstate.
