It has a cleared site at the top of the western boundary which required a lengthy road build, through the 108 acres. A modern shed used as a dwelling is already included. The owners may have left their run too late to get that price. It was sold at auction earlier this year by Sotheby’s for $2.95 mil. That is quite a drop to meet the market.
