I was very happy to see a good outcome from previous clients who recently sold this property. When I helped them purchase it in 2011, it was a half-finished vanity project from someone who had to leave town in a hurry, leaving lots of debt and disruption.

After removing the 14 truckloads of rubbish, the 8-acre site still showed heaps of promise. The price of just under $1 million was reasonable if you were ready to take on the project.
