This cute and interesting old workers cottage in Bangalow had a stellar performance at the auction on Feb 21. Admittedly, it was slightly underquoted in the marketing at $775,000. Spirited bidding by at least two keen buyers saw it reach a final $1,141,500. That is just over two-thirds increase in it is original price expectations.
