In a similar vein to the Suffolk Park shack, there is also this new listing. Travis Lipsuch From Byron Beach Realty is listing this vacant block of land in Byron Hills, not even Byron beachside for $3.5 mil. Yes, it does have ocean views and is a 1410 sqm block.

But this is another one of those situations where if you would have told me just a few years ago there would be a vacant block of land in Byron Hills for this kind of money I would have scoffed. More than scoffed – guffawed!
