Hoarders House Sold
This hoarder’s home in Concord, Sydney changed hands for more than $3.41 million at auction during the month. The house looked un-inhabitable: bags of garbage were piled in the front rooms and the yard was strewn with car batteries, loose pipes and other junk.
Cleaners had come in weeks before the auction to clear up much of the mess but inside there were still stacks of outdated TVs, boxes, filing cabinets buried under cobwebs and a pile of loose doors. The eventual buyer did not even look inside as will pull down the house and build a new family home on the 1018 M2 site.
