The north coast house price record was easily smashed last month. The 124-acre property known as The Range in Coopers Shoot has sold for $37 mil. It was designed and developed by Tom and Emma Lane, who recently sold the very successful paddock-to-plate restaurant and roadside attraction, The Farm.

The Range has hosted many visiting celebrities and A-list visitors. Most notably, Nicole Kidman and hubby, Keith Urban, stayed while here filming Nine Perfect Strangers for a rumored $25,000 a week.

The property is on over 50 Ha with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, pool, and ocean views. The property was marketed by Kim Jones. It easily beat the last record price just six months ago of $26 mil for rural acreage in Suffolk Park. This topped the $17 mil hotelier, Justin Hemmes, paid for a house in Belongil Beach.
