Pro Surfer has a Vision of the Pass
Local professional surfer Owen Wright purchased an old shack in Daniels Street, Byron Bay last year for $5.1 Mil. Just under 300 metres from Clarke’s Beach and an easy walk to one of the world’s best, but busiest, surf breaks, The Pass. The house was a teardown and now Wright is going to market with four townhouses. He is keeping one, one is sold so only two are left and looking for $6 mil plus.
Wright. a Rip Curl ambassador, suffered a traumatic brain injury during a warm-up session days before the final event at the Pipeline Masters in Hawaii. He has recuperated from that and branched out into other areas. He is married to singer Kita Alexander and they have a son.
The townhouses are marketed by Christian Sergiacomi from Pacifico Property. The sale should include a malibu board and a surf lesson.
