Back in the 90s, this 111-hectare property just south of Broken Head (pictured in feature image) was rezoned as an educational conference centre. It was fairly obvious that it was a ruse as it was always planned to be some kind of accommodation facility. It was an easier pathway to brand it under education. The managing trust is now wanting to complete the 33 dwellings, of which 20 are already done. Could be a good earner is one of the original properties is now listed for $4.5 mil.
