Local colourful identity, John Anderson AKA Fast Bucks, has also been spending his time being a property developer. One of his main altercations with the council over the years has involved rezoning his rural property in Newes Road Coornabell. The Community Title subdivision was completed a couple of years ago and already we are seeing a couple of resales.
